Our “by invitation” Breakfast Forums are regularly attended by 30-50 senior finance professionals from the Property sector. The aim is to meet, but also listen to a stimulating, relevant, interesting or hopefully all three talk.

BDO and Tim Green Executive Search are pleased to invite you to a senior leaders’ breakfast event to discuss how we keep London moving. With infrastructure so closely linked to property and construction, Chris will look at the future of commuting, ways to improve the commuting experience and rail’s vital role in London’s growth. This friendly and informal event will also explore the role of technology and look at new infrastructure such as HS2 and Crossrail.

Date: 7th June
Time: 8.00 – 09.30am
Location: BDO, 55, Baker Street, London, W1U 7EU

Our inaugural event, will focus on this topic and we have lined up a panel of four prominent CFO’s from the Real Estate Sector. The format will be an open and friendly Q&A session, where you will have the chance to ask questions to the panel on how they made the transition from FC to CFO.

Our panellists are:

Chris Green

Chris Green

Chris began his career in 1965 as a trainee manager with British Rail in the West Midlands. He subsequently undertook key roles within the rail industry including Manager of Scotrail and Managing Director of InterCity before becoming Chief Executive of Virgin Trains. Prior to joining Virgin Trains, Chris’s career took a slightly different direction when he joined English Heritage as Chief Executive, as a result of his interest in the built environment. He is currently on the board of Crossrail and HS2, and an advisor to the UK Government on all things rail.

Our aim is to bring people together to discuss a relevant and interesting topic. You will also have the chance to meet with your peers from the sector.
